Vehicle Box Flow Control Analyst

Ensure the timely supply of painted pickup boxes to meet production schedules, maintaining efficient material flow and supporting uninterrupted plant operations. Key Responsibilities Availability assurance : Monitor painted box performance and manage inventory to secure on-time deliveries. Production alignment : Track vehicle orders vs. box orders to achieve daily production targets. Planning & coordination : Analyze production schedules and align material procurement with demand. Risk management : Identify supply chain disruptions and implement mitigation strategies. Cross-functional collaboration : Maintain effective communication with logistics and production planning teams to optimize material flow. Agile response : Coordinate with logistics and transportation to expedite shipments when required. Performance visibility : Prepare and present KPI reports on delivery reliability and material flow efficiency.
