About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Accountant with hands-on experience using Vantaca, the leading software for HOA financial management. Experience with Vantaca signals a strong background in HOA operations, financial reporting, and the unique accounting needs of community associations.

In this role, you will manage financial data across multiple associations, support accurate reporting, and contribute to efficient community operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting functions directly in Vantaca, including AP, AR, reconciliations, and month-end work.
• Prepare financial statements and association reporting packages.
• Monitor assessments, homeowner charge activity, and vendor payments.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and annual audit preparation.
