About the Role
Shape workforce dynamics as an HR Business Partner with Transdev Western Canada based in Vancouver. Provide strategic HR support to optimize employee relations and operations performance.
Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, you’ll play a vital role in western operations by advising on labor matters, managing grievances, and supporting policy compliance. Additionally, you’ll lead investigations and engage with leaders during collective bargaining negotiations, ensuring they are well-equipped in managing agreements effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with leaders on HR operational strategies
• Guide conflict resolution and grievance processes
• Lead investigations for both union and non-union cases
• Develop and implement employee policies
