About the Role
Your Contribution: The Validation supervisor oversees all test lab operations consisting of technical issues, customer issues, resource planning, budget planning and adherence, and personnel issues.
Directly manages a team of test engineers who are primarily responsible for supporting test equipment, testing operations, calibration, and data quality.
Provides oversight and guidance related to all validation activities.
Provides consultation to engineering customers who require guidance with respect to product testing.
