HireArt is helping our client find a Validation Engineer to establish and execute a robust validation process, from requirements development through final report approval.In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally to investigate failure modes, identify root causes, and implement mitigation strategies that inform future designs. You’ll manage both internal and external testing efforts, including supplier-led validation, to ensure products meet durability, reliability, and safety targets.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer with strong experience in test and validation, comfortable working across electrical and mechanical systems, and skilled at translating requirements into structured validation plans.
