Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated Lab Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for characterizing and validating the electrical characteristics of power devices such as SiC & HV Power MOSFET/ IGBT And GaN in discrete packages and in Power Modules by specific measurement tools. They will also be responsible for analyzing the test and characterization data for issuing characterization reports and developing and coding Power devices Test methods on dedicated equipment.

Responsibilities:

Characterize and validate the electrical characteristics of power devices such as Power MOSFET/ IGBT in discrete packages and in Power Modules by specific measurement tools.
Analyze the test and characterization data for issuing characterization reports.
Develop and code Power devices Test methods on dedicated equipment.
Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and tools.
