About the Role

We’re hiring a full-time, fully remote Virtual Assistant (VA) Manager to build, lead, and scale the team that powers the personal brand and creative operations of Rico Suarez, founder of Muvr — a logistics and technology startup transforming the moving and delivery industry.

This isn’t a traditional VA management role. It’s about building a personal brand operations ecosystem from the ground up — recruiting, training, and managing a specialized team of VAs in creative, marketing, administrative, and growth functions.

You’ll operate like a Personal Brand COO — overseeing daily execution, systems, and creative operations to ensure every part of the founder’s brand machine runs smoothly, efficiently, and strategically.
