About the Role
We are seeking for an accommodating and agile Office Utility/ Liaison who will perform the following responsibilities:
Document Handling – Collect, deliver, and distribute office documents, packages, and correspondence within and outside the company.
Errand Support – Perform messenger duties such as banking transactions, payment deliveries, and procurement of office supplies.
Office Maintenance Assistance – Help with basic upkeep tasks (e.g., organizing supplies, assisting with minor repairs, ensuring cleanliness in common areas).
Logistics & Support – Assist in setting up meeting rooms, moving office equipment, and supporting events or company activities.
General Administrative Aid – Provide support to staff by running errands, photocopying, filing, and other clerical tasks as needed.
