We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as a Utility/Cleaner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Security Monitoring: Monitor surveillance cameras, alarms, and other security systems to detect and prevent security breaches or suspicious activities.
• Patrols and Inspections: Conduct regular patrols of the premises, inspecting doors, windows, and gates for signs of tampering or unauthorized entry. Report any irregularities or security concerns promptly.
• Access Control: Control access to the premises by ensuring that only authorized individuals enter the facility. Verify identification, issue visitor passes, and enforce access policies.

• Cleaning and Maintenance:

• Emptying the trash bin at the end of the day.

• Replacing new trash bag, disposing trash responsibly in appropriate area of the building

• Cleaning the microwave once a week
