Roles and Responsibilities
Positive work attitude, implementing change processes and set high standards in daily work. To look after 3 shifts Production break down activities. Preventive maintenance planning of utilities. Monitoring machine health based on MTBF and predictive maintenance. Analyzing machine interruptions in scientific way Maintaining & ensuring availability of machine spare parts & advance planning for critical spares. Warehouse management & Inventory management. Ensuring & supporting production team in productivity improvement measures. Participate in specific excellence drive like FFQ/ MOVE/ TPM and other programs as defined by the organization time to time. Maintain 5S, safety and environment to benchmarking standard.
