We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Equipment Engineer with over 7 years of technical expertise in electric utility systems, specializing in substation design and critical equipment engineering. This role demands an accomplished engineering professional with deep knowledge of substation components and a track record of success across projects in equipment design, purchasing, product development, testing, and commissioning.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Lead the engineering lifecycle for high voltage substation projects, including equipment specification, selection, and performance evaluation across voltage classes from 115kV to 500kV.
