About the Role
Overview
To be in-charge of the smooth operation, maintenance and day to day operation of boiler house and co-generation plant.
Responsibilities
- To conduct on-job training for new boilerman.
- To plan for effective manpower utilization in the section.
- To troubleshoot, repair and maintenance if steam boiler (High & Medium), T.O. Heater and air-compressor.
- To undertake any other duties as instructed by superior from time to time.
- To carry out daily activities in-line with IMS; FSSC 22000, MS 1480, GMP+FSA, EFfCI and ISO 50001 requirements.
- To carry out work notification; reservation and relevant maintenance work via SAP system.
- To ensure effective implementation on Quality (ISO 9001), Food safety (FSSC 22000 & MS 1480), Feed Safety (GMP+FSA), Cosmetic safety (EFfCI), Occupational safety and health (ISO 45001) and Environmental Management System (ISO14001).
