User Researcher

Position summary:

The Senior Consumer / User Researcher will be responsible for planning, executing, and synthesizing user research across a diverse portfolio of mobile and consumer electronics products. The role operates at the intersection of user behavior, product design, and market dynamics—conducting or commissioning primary research (fieldwork, interviews, surveys, and usability tests) and translating findings into clear recommendations for product, design, and strategy teams. The researcher will manage multiple concurrent studies and will serve as the local subject-matter expert on consumer insights, collaborating closely with the China-based research leadership.
