**About the role**
Join Dell’s Experience Design Group to lead end-to-end user experience for fixed computing solutions. You will apply a user-centered, iterative process, collect and analyze behavioral data, translate insights into design direction, and deliver the artifacts that move hardware and software experiences from concept to launch. You will partner closely with engineering and product teams and act as a strong UX ambassador at the Taiwan Design Center.
**What you will do**
+ Own the Hardware user experience across the hardware product lifecycle, from out-of-box setup to ongoing use and updates.
+ Plan and execute research that informs product decisions, including surveys, interviews, ethnographic methods, usability studies, concept testing, and quantitative analysis.
