About the Role
Assist in executing digital and partner-led card acquisition campaigns
Support end-to-end onboarding, including KYC, approvals, and activation (physical & virtual cards)
Conduct research to identify emerging customer segments and financial inclusion opportunities
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth issuance and onboarding
Cardholder Engagement & Retention
Support lifecycle campaigns to drive first-transaction activation, recurring spend, category-based usage, and rewards redemption
Assist cross-sell initiatives for new card products, supplementary cards, instalments, and loyalty programs
Monitor behavioural trends and surface opportunities to improve retention and engagement
Growth Analytics & Insights
Track KPIs across the credit card funnel: approvals, activation rates, utilisation, spend frequency, and retention
