  About the Role: 
 We are looking for a user experience researcher who is passionate about applying their research skills to shape user experiences across scholarly publishing. Working alongside researchers, strategists, designers, product and technology teams, you will combine a rigorous understanding of research methods with a collaborative approach to ensure that product strategy and design are based on a solid foundation of research. 
  How you will make an impact: 
 Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative research studies, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, analytics, and unmoderated studies to gather findings and insights. 
 Partner with strategists, designers, product and engineering teams to understand business goals and user needs. Work closely with these cross-functional teams to formulate research plans and translate research findings into actionable recommendations.
