User Experience Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to support the UX/UI Director in building and evolving an Interactive Style Guide and Design System for a mobile-first product focused on the LatAM market. The role involves close day-to-day collaboration with a Senior Product Manager, participation in multiple product workshops, and strong involvement in design standardization and usability improvements across the mobile platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field.
• Proven experience in UX/UI Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing Design Systems, Interactive Style Guides, and Design Audits.
• Hands-on experience with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
• Solid knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, accessibility standards, and UX best practices.
• Experience conducting usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and design reviews. <...
