1. Project Ownership & Delivery
- Own UX delivery end-to-end, guiding projects smoothly from discovery and exploration to final sign-off.
- Turn business goals and requirements into clear UX direction and actionable design plans.
- Keep everyone aligned by driving stakeholder conversations, reviews, and timely design approvals.
- Plan scope, priorities, and timelines in collaboration with product, engineering, and business teams.
