About the Role
This role focuses on maximizing player activity and reactivation through targeted communication within the Philippine gaming market. You will design segmented outreach strategies via SMS, EDM, Push and so on to encourage active users to engage more frequently and re-engage churned users through personalized offers and reminders. You will optimize user journeys by receiving any forms of outreach, ensuring communication is timely, relevant, and performance-driven to expanding our user base through re-target.
What You'll Be Doing
SMS & Email Execution
Build and deploy high-frequency SMS, EDM and Push campaigns targeting gaming players, and churn segments with personalized messaging and incentive triggers.
Ensure templates reflect PH player preferences, betting schedules, and relevant gaming events.
Monitor deliverability, open rates, CTR, and betting conversions for continuous optimization.
