**Usability Engineer**
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the Philips solutions are safe, effective, efficient, intuitive, and satisfactory to use. You will be advocating for usability & user-centered design, and prioritizing user needs and patient safety in the business and project team.
**Your role:**
+ ​Define and execute the usability engineering approach across product development, including creation of usability engineering plans. Coordinate required activities and resources to ensure usability is embedded throughout all design and development phases.
+ Conduct user research and develop use scenarios, task analyses, and workflows. Evaluate cognitive, physical, and situational use contexts using a systems-thinking approach to inform intuitive, safe, and efficient user experiences.
