Title: US Tax Manager
Location: Gurugram, Hybrid

We are looking for an experienced US Tax Manager to lead a team and drive accurate, compliant tax reporting for annuity products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & mentor a team of 15–20 associates
- Oversee tax reporting for annuity transactions (premiums, payouts, interest, etc.)
- Ensure IRS compliance (e.g., 1099-R filings)
- Manage tax treatment of death benefits & beneficiary payouts
- Drive process improvements and support audits
What You’ll Need:
- 7–10 years in tax reporting/financial ops (insurance/annuity preferred)
- Strong knowledge of U.S. tax regulations
- Proven leadership in a regulated environment
- CPA preferred, Excel & tax systems proficiency required
