Job Title - Accounting Assistant

Shift schedule - 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST (5 day onsite)

Location - Kharadi, Pune

Our Accounting department needs a reliable Accounting Assistant who doesn’t mind putting in overtime, especially around the end of the month. The ideal candidate will be capable of learning our system with minimal supervision. He or she should be extremely organized and have great time management skills. The Accounting Assistant will report to the Accounting Manager and work with the team to accomplish interdepartmental goals and quotas.

Accounting Assistant Job responsibilities:

Prepare and fact-check invoices before sending them to customers.

Prepare, Check and Issue Project ID’ to the Project Operations with Spec given by Customers/Internal teams/Sales Departments.
