Position Overview:
The U.S. Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified professionals. This role is critical in supporting our US-based operations. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and manage the entire hiring process from job posting to onboarding. Your role is key in delivering high-quality candidates within specified timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively source candidates using various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and databases.
• Build and maintain a network of professionals for current and future opportunities.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit.
