US Payroll Analyst

Job Description

The US Payroll team ensures accurate and timely processing of employee compensation and benefits. This role is critical in managing financial transactions related to salaries, taxes, and deductions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Calculate and process employee salaries, including wages, overtime, bonuses, and other compensation.
• Ensure tax compliance and accurate withholding of statutory deductions; prepare and submit tax reports.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and track employee status changes.
• Comply with local, state, and federal labor laws.
• Process payroll transactions accurately and on time.
• Address employee inquiries and resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT for seamless payroll operations.
