About the Role
The Payroll Analyst is a key member of the Corporate Payroll team, responsible for processing and supporting accurate, timely U.S. payroll. This role partners closely with Payroll and HR to ensure employee pay, taxes, benefits, and deductions are properly recorded and compliant.
Key Responsibilities
- Process weekly multi-state U.S. payroll with accuracy and timeliness
- Coordinate irregular payments (bonuses, sales draws, special payments)
- Maintain and process payroll changes (pay rates, tax withholdings, deductions)
- Process garnishments, child support, and tax levies with third-party administrators
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local wage and hour laws
- Partner with HR on compensation, benefits, 401(k), and HSA matters
- Provide payroll data and reports for audits, government agencies, and internal requests
- Support special projects and additional payroll duties as needed
