US Payroll Analyst

Salary: ₱30,000 - ₱40,000
We are seeking a detail-oriented US Payroll Analyst with at least 1 year of experience in US payroll processing and HR transaction support. This role is responsible for accurate and timely payroll processing, issue resolution, and compliance with US payroll regulations while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform and support HR, payroll, and absence management transactions
Process weekly US payroll accurately and on time, including earnings, deductions, taxes, and garnishments
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor contracts, and US local, state, and federal regulations
Review, edit, and correct payroll and HR system transaction errors
Investigate and resolve payroll-related issues and case escalations
Update and maintain accurate employee records in payroll systems
