About the Role
MUST HAVE MORTGAGE EXPERIENCE
You will review incoming files, complete order-outs, and be an all-around supportive team member to ensure that other teammates are able to focus effectively on their primary responsibilities. Encompass experience is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Track Lead Notes received from LO (Loan Officer)
- Monitor incoming App Submitted emails, and set up the Encompass files to align with LO Lead Notes
- Complete File Set-up review when App & Docs are received from the client. Includes ordering credit, organizing docs in Encompass, correcting obvious errors on the client app, etc
- Ability to calculate income for Wage Earners and SE borrowers
- Run DU/LP and Order appraisals when needed (if no PIW/ACE)
- Send client needs list after initial file review
- Send client needs list after the Preapproval team completes their review
