Responsible to work onContract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) positions. 
Responsible forCoordinating fulfillment of other formalities such as background check, drug test etcleading to joining post placement . 
Responsible for achieving agood conversion ratio of submittals intointerview and placement .
