About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented US IT Recruiter with 5+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end US recruitment. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and prior experience in USA Salesforce hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment life cycle — from sourcing, screening, interviewing, and client coordination to offer closure.

• Lead full employee lifecycle: sourcing, hiring, onboarding, and integration.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and consultants.
