Experience :
- 3-7 years of experience working in End-to-End Recruitment.
- Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or IT Recruiter
- Hands-on experience with various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean searches, networking, social media)
- Working experience using job boards LinkedIn recruiter, Dice.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple hiring processes.
