US IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with recruiting managers to understand and qualify requirements.
• Conduct in-depth candidate searches to identify individuals with the technical skill sets required for specific positions.
• Demonstrate knowledge of USA tax terms, including Corp-Corp (C2C), W2, 1099.
• Utilize various open recruiting tools and platforms effectively.
• Understand and stay updated on different visa statuses, including H1B, OPT, EAD, L1&L2, GC, TN.
• Coordinate interview schedules and liaise with the team for seamless recruitment processes.
• Possess a good understanding of the IT technologies in the Recruitment Industry and market dynamics.
• Exhibit strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Work proficiently with job portals such as Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder.
