Role Overview

KT2i is seeking an experienced Immediate Joining US Engineering Recruiter  to support hiring for engineering and technical roles in the US market. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and closing US-based engineering talent while working remotely from India with overlap to US business hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for US engineering and technical roles
• Analyse job descriptions and understand technical and functional requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, (Dice/Monster/ Indeed), LinkedIn, referrals, and talent networks
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
• Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience and visa status,
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
• Maintain strong candidate engagement and communication
