We are seeking an experienced Principal Systems Engineer (Contract) to sustain and advance a systems engineering capability transformation during a planned leave of a systems engineering capability lead.
Active initiatives include:
• A pilot implementing requirements within a new system-of-systems operating model
• A Jama Connect pilot with a focused team
• Coaching teams on writing strong needs and integrated requirement sets
• Introducing practical systems engineering tools (system boundary definition, DSMs, value analysis, architecture diagramming)
This role requires deep systems engineering expertise and demonstrated success leading change in organizations with uneven SE maturity.
