Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced
Upwork Bidder
who can consistently generate high-quality leads and convert them into projects. The ideal candidate understands the Upwork platform inside out, knows how to craft winning proposals, and can coordinate closely with the sales and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms
• Write customized, compelling proposals based on client requirements
• Communicate with potential clients via chat, calls, and follow-ups
• Understand project scope and coordinate with internal teams for feasibility
• Maintain and update CRM or lead tracking sheets
• Negotiate pricing, timelines, and project requirements
• Maintain a strong Upwork profile with high response and success rates
• Meet monthly lead generation and conversion targets
