About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Business Developer / Online Bidding Executive who is motivated to learn online bidding and client communication.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in generating leads through Upwork and other freelancing platforms
- Search and apply for relevant digital service projects
- Write and customize basic proposals with guidance
- Communicate with clients via chat and email
- Coordinate with the technical team and support project handling
- Maintain professionalism on freelancing platforms
Requirements:
- Fresh or 0–1 year experience
- Basic knowledge of Upwork or freelancing platforms
- Good written English skills
- Willingness to learn and grow
