About the Role

We are hiring someone to manage and grow our Upwork business development, specifically for eCommerce services (Shopify, CRO, UX, conversion-focused work). Your role is simple: find qualified leads, communicate value clearly, and close deals.
This is a sales role with strong commission potential.
Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable)
Minimum 3 years managing an Upwork account (sending proposals, client chats, closing deals).
Experience selling eCommerce services (Shopify, CRO, web dev, Amazon, etc.).
Understands customer psychology and can convert leads into paying clients.
Good to Have
Basic technical understanding of eCommerce (Shopify, Webflow, Woocommerce and how e-commerce works i.e: Logistics etc)
Experience working with agencies or high-ticket services
