Role Overview

This is not a basic bidding role.

You will own the full client acquisition pipeline:

• High-ROI Proposal Submission
• Appointment Booking
• Video Call Closing with American Clients

Key Responsibilities

Submit high-converting proposals that win premium projects

Identify high-ticket eCommerce opportunities on Upwork

Maintain strong client communication and follow-ups

Book discovery calls with American business owners

Close deals confidently on Zoom/video calls
