Role Summary
We are hiring an experienced Upwork Bidder (On-Site) — not a template-based or mass-proposal sender.
This role requires someone who can carefully read job posts, understand client needs, and write fully customized proposals for professional services.
Generic templates, automated tools, or one-proposal-for-all approaches are not acceptable.
You will work closely with the founder to identify high-intent opportunities, request Loom/video proposals when required (recorded by the founder), and support the overall lead acquisition process.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify relevant job posts on Upwork on a daily basis
Write every proposal manually and context-specific (no templates, no bulk sending)
Clearly identify and reflect the client's core problem in proposals
