Key Responsibilities
Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork daily
Write customized, high-conversion proposals
Communicate with potential clients and understand project requirements
Follow up with clients and close deals
Maintain and update CRM or lead tracking sheets
Coordinate with technical teams for accurate project estimates
Meet monthly lead generation and conversion targets
Stay updated with Upwork policies and bidding trends

Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder / BDE
