tkxel is looking for a proactive Upwork Bidder with 1–2 years of experience in bidding for UI/UX, product design, and digital experience services. The role focuses on identifying relevant opportunities on Upwork, crafting compelling proposals, and converting leads into long-term design clients.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and bid on relevant UI/UX design projects on Upwork (Product Design, Web & Mobile UI, UX Research, Design Systems, Branding, Redesigns)
Write tailored, high-quality proposals aligned with client requirements and ReloadUX's design capabilities
Communicate with potential clients, qualify leads, and coordinate with design teams for scope, timelines, and pricing
Understand client business goals and propose appropriate UI/UX solutions
Maintain and optimize ReloadUX's Upwork profile, portfolio, and project catalog
Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
