Job Responsibilities:
- Search, analyze, and bid on relevant Upwork projects daily
- Write customized, high-converting proposals based on client requirements
- Communicate professionally with potential clients and handle initial discussions
- Coordinate with the technical team to understand project scope and pricing
- Maintain records of bids, responses, and conversions
- Build long-term client relationships through effective communication
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Upwork Bidder
- Strong understanding of WordPress, Shopify, Elementor, SaaS, and UI/UX projects
