Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Upwork Bidder role based in Karāchi. The Upwork Bidder will be responsible for identifying and bidding on potential projects on platforms like Upwork and other freelance marketplaces. Responsibilities include preparing compelling proposals tailored to clients' needs, maintaining excellent communication with potential clients, and securing projects that align with the studio's expertise. The Bidder will also collaborate closely with the production team to ensure project understanding and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Exceptional sales experience
Proficiency in writing persuasive proposals and clear communication skills
Experience with client relationship management and bidding on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, or similar
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines
