About the Role

Your Job
 Upper Line Process Engineer is responsible for the process stability at the Batch House areas. The process engineer must perform problem-solving analysis to improve the process in terms of safety, quality and efficiency and look for the opportunity to transform the process to be a scalable platform for future growth.
Our Team
 You will be working closely with the Production Shift Team and reporting directly to the Production Performance Manager in our Rayong plant.
What You Will Do
Taking care of raw material receiving, raw material stock management. Also prepare batch recipe and control batch mixing process.
Initiative and driven on safety, quality, efficiency in long term sustainability.
Coach, supervise and coordinate with all concerns to achieve production goals.
Capable to encourage team to deliver more contribution base on their individual talent.
