About the Role

Description
As a Upgrade Install and Relocation (UIR) engineer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end installations, upgrades and relocations adjustments, calibrations, qualification of ASML lithography tools, and customer communication. This role requires a multidisciplinary engineering background and hands-on experience with complex semiconductor equipment in cleanroom environments.
Key Responsibilities
Execute installation and qualification of ASML lithography systems including mechanical, electrical, and software integration.
Perform system troubleshooting, diagnostics, and root cause analysis to resolve installation issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams worldwide including project coordinators, system owners, technical support teams and customer representatives to ensure timely and successful system delivery.
