About the Role

RED are currently seeking 2 Salesforce Developers (with 2-4 and 5+ years of experience) to join a long-term project based remotely.

Contract length: initially until October 2026 + extensions 
Language: English; Polish is advantageous
Project scope: Implementation of financial system

Responsibilities includes:
Develop and customize Salesforce applications (Apex + LWC)

Design scalable and secure technical solutions (depending on seniority)

Decide on configuration vs custom development (Clicks vs Code)

Ensure clean code, coding standards & min. 75% unit test coverage

Maintain and enhance integrations

Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance

Mentor junior developers (senior level)
Required skills and experience 
2-4 and 5+ years of commercial Salesforce development experience
