About the Role
Unit Sales Manager – Memorial Sales
Responsible for leading and managing a sales team focused on selling memorial lots and related products/services, ensuring sales targets are met and excellent customer service is delivered.
Key Duties:
- Lead and motivate sales agents to achieve sales targets
- Train, coach, and monitor team performance
- Assist in closing sales and handling client concerns
- Prepare sales reports and ensure proper documentation
- Maintain strong client and business relationships
Qualifications:
- With experience in sales or sales management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Goal-oriented and results-driven
Preferred: Candidates residing in Toledo City, Cebu or Pinamungajan Area
