Responsibilities

• Senior responsibilities in treatment and planning.
• Ensure international best practice in all radiotherapy services.
• Promote radiotherapy services and provide guidance and support to the National Oncology Manager and Hospital Manager.
• Develop the level of technology, techniques, and workflow procedures used in the RT department.
• Active participation in determination and implementation of management objectives.
• Plays an integral part in organizing and monitoring the treatment section to meet the needs of patients receiving Radiation Therapy services.
• Supervises and trains all therapy personnel.
• Supervises equipment management and administration of the quality assurance plan.
• Attends and participates in department committees and meetings.
