- Monitor the databases for availability, better performance, and un-interrupted services of bank’s critical databases.
Backup Sites
- Ensure disaster recovery sites are properly getting synchronized with production with zero-data loss.
Availability
- Should be available 24*7 for any critical issue and willing to work in shifts.
Patch evaluation
- Thoroughly validate provided script for performance issues on database before go-live and inform relevant stakeholder in case optimization is required.
Backup Management
- To take backup of the databases to ensure availability of database backup for recovery purposes
Patch Management
- Do patch management of the fixes or changes that occur during the rollout in production environment.
