• They are the custodian of Unilever’s Employer Brand thus responsible for uplifting it and getting top talent into the organization through flagship programs.
• Crafting and executing an Employer of Choice strategy for Unilever. Ensuring brilliant Employer Brand Activation on campus to amplify brand awareness resulting in improvement in Employer Brand Rankings and increased presence on campuses.
• Creating virtual engagement with the student community through employer brand innovation and social media, resulting in increase in number of applications, and subsequently leading to recruitment of top talent.
• Owns UFLP and ULIP standards.
