About the Role

Based in Mackay and reporting to the Site Shift Supervisor, the Underground Operator will join our Ground Consolidation team to deliver essential services in a fast‑paced underground mining environment.

If you’re ready to take your underground skills to the next level, this role puts you hands‑on and right at the heart of production. You’ll install critical ventilation devices, set up standing support, carry out chemical injection work, load materials, and complete roof and rib bolting to keep operations running safely and efficiently. Working with a wide range of equipment - from pumps to mobile plant - you’ll be part of a crew that values safety, teamwork and getting the job done right.
